Flea market permits
Flea market applications are available online and at the County Administrator's office, 755 Roanoke St., Christiansburg. The term "flea market" does not include garage or yard sales, provided the sales do not occur more frequently
than once every 60 days. All flea market permits must be reviewed by the County Attorney prior to approval by the County Administrator. No background checks are required. The annual license tax is $200, payable to Montgomery County Treasurer, 755 Roanoke
St., Christiansburg, VA 24073. Permits are mailed to applicant after approval and payment is received.
