Public inspection of records
Documents are available for public inspection weekdays from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Land records are available by subscription through Logan Systems Inc. Print the user agreement, have it notarized and return to the Clerk's Office for approval. Subscriptions
are processed with an automatic monthly credit card charge or by company check for a one-year subscription. An individual subscription plan is $50 per month. A business subscription plan is $200 per month and includes five user accounts. If you do
not currently have a subscription to Logan Systems Inc., you may come to our office to access documents.
Documents may be copied for $0.50 per page. Copies from our office may be certified for an additional $2.00 per document.
