Community Policy & Management Team
The Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT) is comprised of at least one elected or appointed official and the agency heads from the local Department of Social Services, school system, Community Services Board (mental health) and the Court Services
Unit (juvenile justice), a parent and a private provider. This team has administrative and fiscal responsibility for the local funds pool, for developing local policies and procedures and appointing members of the Family Assessment and Planning Team.

CSA Parent Representative Application
Montgomery County actively recruits for parent representatives for the Family Assessment & Planning Team (FAPT) and the Community Policy & Management Team (CPMT). A parent representative cannot be an employee of any public or private program
which serves children/families, and must have a child who has received services that are within the purview of CSA. Please be advised that a parent representative must complete a Statement of Economic Interest/Conflict of Interest Form for appointment.
Parent representatives are appointed by Board of Supervisors to the CPMT. If interested, complete the application and send it to Montgomery County
