Residential (Single Family)
Agreement in lieu of plan - $260
Non-Residential and Multi-Family Residential
Plan Review Fee:
Up to and including one acre - $50
Each additional acre or part thereof - $35
Monthly Inspection Fee:
Up to and including one acre - $50
Each additional acre or part thereof - $6
Technology Fee:
There is a 2% technology fee with a minimum of $10 per assessment of the fee charged on all residential and non-residential fees charged, including monthly inspection fees.
