Broomin' and Bloomin' is a volunteer spring cleanup event in Montgomery County that takes place each April.

Citizens and social, civic and church groups may participate by cleaning up roadsides, parks, streams, school grounds and other public properties. Volunteers may choose the site or select from locations needing to be cleaned. Trash bags, gloves and safety vests are provided. Filled trash bags are picked up from the roadside or cleanup site.

A news release will be issued in early April each year with details on how to sign up and participate.
