The Public Information Office serves as a communication link between County departments, residents, the news media and other groups. The office publishes a monthly citizen newsletter, Montgomery County Today, summaries of Board of Supervisors meetings, annual report, news releases and advertisements. The office also maintains the web site and produces podcasts, videos and photography. Board of Supervisors meetings are available via video and on Comcast Channel 190 on weekdays at 8 a.m., 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. (no meeting shown on Tuesday morning). On weekends, Board meetings may be viewed at 8 a.m., noon and 3 p.m.
