• Montgomery County Today – citizen newsletter
• News releases - Special announcements about holiday closings, public safety issues, special public meetings, deadlines and other news is available via RSS or e-mail subscription.
• Special events
• Videos - Board of Supervisors’ meetings and many important County events are videotaped and available for viewing within 48 hours of the meeting on the media page. Shorter videos are posted on the County’s YouTube website. Montgomery County's Comcast Channel 190 and Blacksburg’s WTOB Channel 2 broadcast Board of Supervisors’  meetings. Look for meetings on Channel 190 at 8 a.m., 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.
