This park is tucked away in the eastern part of the County on the South Fork of the Roanoke River. East Mont Park has some unique amenities such as a model airplane flying strip and a canoe and kayak boat launch into the river. A new playground and walking trail make this a great place to spend some time. The shelter is available for rental and has picnic tables, concrete floors and a grill.
