Mid-County Park
Mid-County Park is centrally located just outside of Christiansburg. Mid-County Park is our largest park at 110 acres, and also hosts most of our department's amenities such as the Frog Pond Swimming Pool, the Activities Center and Golden Hill Disc Golf Course. Take a dip in the swimming pool, picnic under one of the three shelters, hike on some of the many nature trails and play disc golf course in this premier park.

    Park rentals
    A variety of facilities are available for rental to the general public. Each rental requires completion of the appropriate rental form, all of which are available at the Administrative Office and on the web.

    $20 half day: 9 a.m.-3 p.m. or 3-9 p.m.
    $40 whole day: 9 a.m.-9 p.m.
    Maximum capacity - 100 each shelter
    (All rentals require a refundable $25 damage deposit)
    Season: April 1 - Oct. 31
