The Human Resources Department is responsible for recruitment for County positions, orientation, training, compensation and classification administration, employee benefits administration, exit interviews, employee relations and related activities designed to select, develop and maintain an effective County workforce. It is also responsible for administering and interpreting personnel policies and procedures.
