Residential (Single Family)
Agreement in lieu of plan  (Includes all processing charges and required inspections but does not include the technology fee.)

Non-Residential and Multi-Family Residential
Plan Review Fee:
1.  Up to and including one acre  $50

2.  Each additional acre or part thereof  (fee not to exceed a maximum plan review fee of $1,000.)

  $35
Monthly Inspection Fee:
1. Up to and including one acre  $50
2. Each additional acre or part thereof  (Fee not to exceed a maximum of $250.)

Technology Fee:
There shall be a 2 percent technology fee with a minimum of $10.00 per assessment of the fee charged on all residential and non-residential fees charged above, including monthly inspection fees.
