Residential (Single Family)
Agreement in lieu of plan  (Includes all processing charges and required inspections but does not include the technology fee.)
  $260.00

Non-Residential and Multi-Family Residential
Plan Review Fee:
1.  Up to and including one acre  $50

2.  Each additional acre or part thereof  (fee not to exceed a maximum plan review fee of $1000.00.)

  $35
Monthly Inspection Fee:
1. Up to and including one acre  $50
2. Each additional acre or part thereof  (Fee not to exceed a maximum of $250.00.)

Technology Fee:
There shall be a two (2) percent technology fee with a minimum of ten dollars ($10.00) per assessment of the fee charged on all residential and non-residential fees charged above including monthly inspection fees.
