In December 2008, Montgomery County Human Services hosted a Systems of Care Summit to coordinate efforts for a more collaborative approach to serving children and families. The purpose of the summit was to create a comprehensive approach to coordinating community-based service delivery. The keynote speaker, Michael Terkeltaub, assisted our local human service agencies in the development, implementation, and sustainability of Systems of Care Approaches.
