Bradley W. Finch has served in the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office since 2001. He is a lifelong resident of Virginia. He graduated from the William and Mary School of Law in 1997 and subsequently served as a judicial clerk for the Supreme Court of Virginia.
The Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office prosecutes criminal cases on behalf of the citizens of Montgomery County. The office does not handle civil cases such as divorces, landlord/tenant disputes, estates, wills and real estate.
The Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office works with the Sheriff’s Office and surrounding police departments, the Women’s Resource Center, VASAP and New River Valley Community Corrections, and Pretrial Services. The Victim-Witness Program is located in the office.
